This is the main floor, bottom floor pictures to follow. Do you have any staging ideas or cleaning suggestions, also what do you feel about the lack of photos of walkin closet or bathroom for the master or lack of photos for the second bedroom and main bathroom. If you were a buyer would you want to see these things?
Thank you for all your help.

Can you move one or both couches to the main living room? Empty it looks big...which can be good. Staging a home is about showing the buyer what each room is for. Right now your living area doesn't show what the room's intended purpose is.
The bedroom looks crowded. It looks like three dressers. Could you pair it down to one? One could be moved to a corner in the living room with a plant on it or near it.
Clear the phone stand in the living room with only the essentials. Again a plant or vase to distract from the phone (if that is a phone!).
Do you have anything for the walls? A picture or wreath would help break up the white walls. Don't buy anything...shop your house or borrow from a neighbor or friend (return when you sell).

I will see if STBX would be willing to help move the loveseat up stairs to the livingroom. The Larger Sofa will not fit upstairs unless it is against the wall.
"The bedroom looks crowded. It looks like three dressers. Could you pair it down to one? One could be moved to a corner in the living room with a plant on it or near it."
We have a bedroom downstair that needs a dresser and am thinking we should move it down there, one it would help with controling clutter and open up the bedroom space. Our realtor said to leave the furnature there when we ask originally so people could SEE their furnature would fit.
"Clear the phone stand in the living room with only the essentials. Again a plant or vase to distract from the phone (if that is a phone!)". I have cleared all the clutter and yes it is a phone.
"Do you have anything for the walls? A picture or wreath would help break up the white walls. Don't buy anything...shop your house or borrow from a neighbor or friend (return when you sell)." We took everything down so that it would not be distracting and so we could fix nail holes. We are going to be repainting this week and weekend and so not sure we want to add nail holes BUT once we are sure we have matching touch up paint it will not be a big deal I think.

Yes, I can see that leaving furniture helps people know their things will fit. Take all my suggestions with a grain of salt...I'm not a expert. Just keep things decluttered, but with a sense of home at the same time.

I agree about moving the dresser(s) and some of the furniture. You need to stage things so that you don't have crowded or empty rooms.

I might have to just buy some more when I go to the store.
I am slowly buying stuff, I figure buy it now put it in the house to sell then I have it to reuse in the new apartment once we move.
